We will tailor fit each design and menu carefully for each customer, exclusively with the latest extensions and glue imported from Japan that is not yet available although safe to use in the USA. We also have a wide range of import eyelash care products,such as eyelash serum, eyelash shampoo, etc.

Dry Head Spa
We offer the Dry Head Spa, a popular, mainstream service in Japan that is not yet popular in the United States. The Dry Head Spa is a treatment that focuses on rejuvenating the fatigued brain/mind by thoroughly hand massaging the scalp, without using water or oils. It improves muscle tension and circulation without placing any undue strain on the hair or skull. In providing this service, we utilize techniques passed down directly from a Japanese expert in the Dry Head Spa technique who further studied anatomy to inform his expertise.

JAPANESE LASH LIFT AND TINT
A Japanese Lash Lift is an all-natural, semi permanent procedure that gives you the appearance of fuller, thicker eyelashes without the use of any leave-on chemicals or extensions. The natural lashes are boosted from the root, giving them a lifted, lengthened appearance. We only use very safe agent made in and imported from Japan.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a fee charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Children under 12 years old must be supervised by a parent within the same age group service room. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your child so we can make accommodations adjusting the service room if needed.
Lou’s Beauty Bar will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After that time you may have to reschedule your appointment for a different time, which will result in a cancellation fee.
